Edge3 April Construction Update
April is here and you can see by the photos below that we have now wrapped the building at Edge3. So what do I mean when I say we have wrapped the building? And what is a building wrap?
House wrap, or building wrap, is a light, synthetic material that is installed beneath the siding of a building. It provides a weather-resistant barrier, thus protecting your home from moisture penetration and improving its energy efficiency.
Other advantages to a wrap…
It offers protection from UV radiation and can also be insect and animal-resistant to keep critters out of nooks and crannies.
Once we have completed this stage, even more inside work will go on.
